Tour Itinerary
Our 7-day tour from Marrakech begins at the Marrakech airport, where our team will warmly welcome you. Meeting with the driver, then transfer to your hotel/Riad to relax before we take a short sightseeing tour of Marrakesh to get to know the city.
Overnight in a Riad in Marrakech
After breakfast at the hotel, the whole day will be devoted to visiting the historical city of Marrakesh, the“Pearl of the South.” Since the city was one of the capitals of the Kingdom during the reign of the three dynasties of the Moroccan sultans, It got a large number of museums and architectural monuments. Each Monument in the city is a piece of art. The whole morning will be devoted to getting to know them (the Koutoubia Mosque, the Manara Pavilion surrounded by olive plantations, the tombs of the Saadian sultans, a fine example of palace architecture the Bahia Palace, El Badii palace, and the Majorelle Gardens. After lunch, you will visit the most colorful market in Morocco and the famous Jemaa El Fna square. This is a real theater in the open air where you will see snake charmers, healers, sorcerers, merchants of fruits, and exotic spices.

In the 3rd day of our 7-day tour from Marrakech, we will take you through Atlas Mountain ‘TIZI-N-TICHKA’ in order to get to Kasbah AIT BEN HADDOU, one of the most beautiful villages in Morocco and nominated a UNESCO world heritage. Afterward, the trip will continue towards the large African filming studio in “Ouarzazate“where some famous movies have been filmed The Mummy, Gladiator, and Kingdom of heaven, and others. Lunch will be taken in Ouarzazate and then continue the road to DADES Gorges where you will spend the night in a hotel with an included dinner and breakfast. Between Ouarzazate and DADES, we will pass by the Valley of roses in KELAAT M’GOUNA, a famous place for an annual roses festival
Overnight in Dades Valley
We will head toward Merzouga. On the way, we will stop for a panoramic photo near the picturesque town of Tinghir in the middle of a large palm oasis. Next, visit to the famous Todra Gorge, and walk along the gorge and the river. Later, drive to Rissani which has “The fossil factory”, where you can see the many fossils that this region is rich in.
Arrival in the small village of Merzouga at the foot of the golden sand dunes, we will have camel rides to the camp in the desert, the camp – accommodation has comfortable beds, individual showers, and toilets. At night, we will have a Moroccan dinner, enjoy playing drums around the fire, and listen to songs by Berbers in the desert. In addition, enjoy the stars in the clear sky.
Overnight in a Luxury Desert Camp in Sahara
In the morning, after breakfast at the camp, we’ll meet our 4x4 driver for an excursion through the Moroccan Sahara Desert. We’ll visit local Berber nomads to experience their unique way of life and how they adapt to the harsh desert conditions. Next, we’ll explore the old M’fis mines, dating back to the French colonial period, and enjoy a panoramic view of the dunes from a nearby hill. Afterward, we’ll head to Khamlia to enjoy a traditional Gnaoua performance and a local meal for lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll check into your hotel for relaxation, with optional activities like sandboarding, quad biking, or buggy riding.

Today, we have the longest journey of our Sahara 7-day tour from Marrakech. We will leave early from Merzouga and head back to Marrakech, with stops for coffee and lunch along the way. The drive will take approximately 8 to 9 hours.
